When my dad passed away, life shifted under my feet and I felt like I was in a fun house with shifting floors and distorted mirrors, nothing looked familiar and I definitely wasn’t laughing.

I, myself shifted from a happy go lucky girl to someone yelling at the dry cleaners for switching up the drive through lane. It was like somedays I was confident someone had taken over my body.

  • Running helped in the mornings. 🏃
  • Wine helped in the evening. 🍷

But what about all the hours in between? 

I have researched and studied for many years how to regulate my nervous system. To keep myself calm and not “flight” when things get too difficult. To stay in control.
